June Fruktletter

Summer is here and we are back to traveling and working full blast in the cellar and the bar!

Raw Wine London was insane, Tour De Fruit with Come Isambert was incredible, Austria was amazing, and our soft opening at Bar Cuccurucucù was legendary. And Heartland Festival was pretty neat as well.

peaking of the bar!

We look forward to welcoming every one of you from the 10th of june at Drottninggatan 36, in the heart of Malmö. We close for a quick stint in between the 22th-25th during midsommar, but will remain open permanently after that. We can't wait to show you what we have been up to for the last couple of weeks. We also want to thank our whole team, and especially Bea & Malin who's been working almost everyday for a month, to get the place up and running.

Even though we mainly do fruit related news on this page, we want to share a little something from our friends at Rocket Brewing. At the end of last month they released their first ever Swedish beer made with Swedish malt and hops: The Fågelsång Mölsch.

Inspired by the traditional German ale style, kölsch, Fågelsang is a light and refreshing summer ale. And since its produced in Malmö with regional produce, we couldn’t name it anything else other than Mölsch.

We get the pilsner malt from Warbro Kvarn, that resides in Sköldinge, Södermanland and the hops from Hästhagen Humlegård, from where we bought their entire yearly production for this beer. Go check out www.rocketbrewing.com for more info.

In the cellar we are starting the 2022 production by crushing and pressing some fresh rhubarb juice for a crazy fruit beer, cider & wine hybrid. More about this soon

We are also still looking for people to join 2022 harvest, so hit us up at the old info@fruktstereo.com and let's get to know each other.

Also. Keep your eyes peeled on the fruktstoreo!
